Wheel cleaning

 Hello list,
I just bought a set of Audi BBS rims for $125.00,there
a little rough looking because of being in the
elements(left outside on ground uncovered)still a good
deal. Guy said they came off a 89 5kcsq but I thought
thats the year they introduced the 100 as the 5k? I
think they came off an 89 200? Inform me if I am wrong
I could use the lesson wasn't going to discuss it with
him drove 1.5HR to buy them. 5 lug pattern 45mm 15inch
fit perfectly on my 87 5ksq.
Anyways I was taking a look at them and it appears
that there's allot of brake dust and other debris
didn't want to attack them with a cleaner and rough
them up more, anybody give me a reputable place to
bring them to, to get refinished? I live in Mass would
like to here from list members close to my neck of the
woods Conn,NH,VT,even Mass any advice would be
appreciated.
 Also would like to find a spare for the four that I
just got there all silver, and also would be looking
for a center cap for one of the rims(if someone
doesn't have an extra they would like to get rid
of)the one in question is severally chipped and
disfigured.
