Any competent hose shop will be happy to make a set of steel braided lines
with stainless clamps for you. Audi oil lines are probably the most
overpriced and at the same time underengineered automotive parts I've ever
seen.

I had the oil cooler line blow at speed on my 5KT. The downpipe and cat
were virtually _soaked_ with engine oil. I was very lucky it didn't ignite.
