Had my '99 A6Q run out of gas today- of course this was on the way to the airport with my inlaws.... ain't that always the case... Anyway, went to the dealer right after AAA brought some gas (the gas pump light and ding only went on about 2-miles before and the guage was at about 1/8) and was informed that the sender is a known problem (to whom?!) and I should just rely on my trip Odo to gauge fill-ups until they can get a replacement.
