(Answer) (Category) Audifans Lists and Site Help : (Category) Guidelines for posting :
Any tips on writing my post to the list?

-pick a meaningful subject line. "Wheels" is not very meaningful, for example.
-avoid strong language. This is a family(G rated, so to speak) list.
-use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Never type in all capitals, for example; it's interpreted as "yelling"
-avoid sarcastic humor, particularly if you don't know the person; emails can be wildly misinterpreted.
-never attack, put down, etc another lister. We are a community of enthusiasts who are here to fix our cars and have a good time...this is simply not acceptable and you may find yourself subject to disciplinary action.

There is an brief "general purpose" guide to email list etiquette at http://list-etiquette.com/
(scroll down about 2/3rds of the way to "Discussion List Members.")

There is a much more extensive(but still general) guide at http://www.gweep.ca/~edmonds/usenet/ml-etiquette.html
