Can I sign up from a "webmail" account?

Signing up to the higher volume mailing lists from a webmail account is generally not encouraged due to the high volume of email; webmail accounts typically have a "quota"(limit to how much mail you can store/receive.)

Once you exceed your quota, email sent to you will start bouncing, which after a day or two will cause you to be unsubscribed automatically by our list management software(which detects bounces automatically.)

Generally the only list for which this is a problem is the main quattro list; our logs are full of people from Yahoo/Hotmail/etc who were unsubscribed automatically because they went over-quota. As long as you check your mail at least once a week, you should be fine on any of the other lists.
