<Actually, very cold air is low in humidity; as it warms, more water vapor
<be held in the air.  That's why a heated house in winter is very dry, even
<the heat is provided by forced hot water.  So, warming up cold outside air
<and blowing it across the windows would tend to dry out the interior.
