What I've seen is a pressure resistant tank, with two inlets, and a removable 
cover (or a valve).  One inlet is down low (or uses an internal hose about 
1/3 of the height of the container), while the other is up top.

Pressure in the lower hose, pressure out the upper hose, back where it goes.  
I think the turbulence etc. lets the oil drop out from a mist to a liquid.  
Could wrap the container in heat-resistant wrap if needed.

If it is the cooling that causes the oil to reach the "dew point" and 
condense, then it is more difficult.

Before we "fix" it, perhaps we should test the existing system to see if it 
is working correctly?
