[200q20v] After run cooling system relay question

My after run system worked today, which means that replacing the sensor
fixed the problem. Today it was close to 90 degrees (F)
and I ran the car moderately hard. Sure enough the fan came on about five
minutes after shutting the car down.

My experience from prior 200TQ 20V's is that the after run system should
engage fairly regularly when the temperature is above 90 degrees. I'm glad
I went ahead and replaced the sensor after noticing that the after run
system was not engaging in a recent "heat wave".

Thanks to all for their advice.

In my instance, the Seattle ambient air temps just don't get hot

I had my 200q in Seattle for 3 yrs before moving to Montana - my after run
always came on if the car had been driven enough to warm it up. It still
comes on in MT if the temp is much above 40 or so. It waits 5-8 minutes
before it comes on usually and runs for maybe 5 minutes.
