Power window switch

Finished this up today. Turns out it was a broken wire between the drivers
door and the A-pillar. Harness might have been too tight like you said as
about 10 other wires in there while short of being broken, did have split
WRT to the regulator, the window reportedly didn't do anything before this
was replaced, but I wasn't there at this point, so who knows.
