There are two torx screws behind the steering wheel that hold the air bag. =
will see two holes on the sides in the back. Once you unscrew those, the air
bag will come out and you have to unhook the metal clip that holds down the
wire going into the air bag. Unplug that wire. Than you have to remove the
screws on the bottom of the plastic cover that goes around behind the steer=
wheel. When that is removed you will have to un plug the red connector which
is for the air bag and now you are ready to take off the steering wheel its=
for which you will need like a 19, 20, 21 or 22 mm socket. I don't remember
what the size is exactly. To be on the safe side, discconect the battery wh=
you remove and reinstal the airbag. When you want to remove the combination
switch (light switch stalk) there is an allen screw that you have to get to
from the bottom plastic cover (you should have the top one removed by now).
This screw is at an angle, look inside the hole in the middle with a light =
you will see exactly how it is positioned. You don't have to take it out all
the way. Just loosen it and the assembly will slide out. Make sure you remo=
all the connectors.

Hello Folks:
Just took delivery of a 200 sedan from Chris Semple this last weekend. Its a
salvage car which I really bought for the 3B to transplant into my UrQ, but
as Chris indicated, it has already impressed me and may have a longer term
In any event I anticipate using it as a my daily driver for the next 6
months or so.
The only unexpected glitch is that the light switch stalk is broken off,
making it almost impossible to switch the light on and off, so much for
daily driver.
My question is how difficult is it to remove the wheel? This is my first
encounter with airbags.
All help will be appreciated. Pardon the dumb questions.
