Leaky Oil Sending Unit???

I have had two of these oil pressure senders fail, leaking through the body
of the sender, on my GTI. Dealer did one, I did the other so I'm not sure
if it is two of the same variety or each one has now been replaced - there
are one lower and one higher pressure switch sitting next to each other on
top of the oil filter mount on this car.
