Idle Stabilizer Valve, how tight?

I pushed the rubber enclosure-fittings to read
the Bosch label before testing. Label : 12 V
And I only apply with banasticks a few seconds.
I have not checked the voltage needed to actually close
the valve - I think it is a duty cycle like everyting else.
