UFO assembly swap?

Congrats on the Avant purchase. With that kind of mileage I would not have
been able to resist either.
I gather you are looking for a fully assembled set, so I don't have EXACTLY
what you are looking for...but...I very recently converted my 20v to the G60
V8 setup and also installed H&R springs and new strut inserts. So I have
the original UFO strut assemblies (minus the original strut inserts/strut
bearings as they were shot), calipers, rotors and springs(sedan). Don't know
how much is left on the rotors, but I can check.
I pressed the old wheel bearings out of the strut assemblies, so you would
have to get new ones ($50ea) pressed in.
Let me know if you think you can use them.

I may have finally lost my mind, but I just took delivery of
my 2nd 200Q20V Avant. I found it in Texas, where it spent
its' first 58,000mi. before joining me and my current '91
Avant in the Boston area. The car is in superb shape, and
has been lovingly cared for by an Audi mechanic who sold it
to me. It is white with tan leather....
Unlike my current Avant, this one recently underwent a
conversion to the G60 front brake set up, complete with
slotted rotors and hi performance pads. I'd like to replace
those with the original UFO struts, and wonder if any
listers have a full set they'd be willing to sell or trade,
possibly in exchange for the Girling G 60's. I'd appreciate
any leads or offers.. You can contact me directly.
