With 5 years service records, Kneale should know how old the belt is. I'm
much less familiar with the V8 than the S5s but IMO, few TBs in any modern
valve train drive just break form old age. Most are broken from failure of
or foreign materal jaming the valve system, with a new or old belt. I'd
check the brakes first.
