Hard start, cold start problem, rough idle...now IdleSwitch/MAF Code

Right now just going by the fault code.  I tried to verify the short when 
the car was warm using my voltmeter as per Bentley, but it's not too easy to 
get the voltmeter leads into that area around a hot engine...which is when 
the problems occur.

I'm going to try again, but this time just pull off the boot on the 
connector and measure from there as opposed to directly on the switch 
contacts...a little easier to make a positive connection that way.  Also 
going to rerun the output test and pull the ISV to watch the flapper valve 
movement as opposed to just listening.
