Bearing, seal pressing tips please.

That must be one old bearing that failed, having a steel ball cage,  
haven’t seen one in many, many years. Plastic is the material of  
choice now.
Using a press, no need to freeze the bearing, just lube with light  
oil. And press it straight with the bore. Same with the seal.
