airbag light delay

Airbag light on for more than a few seconds means it has stored a code, but
not one that will prevent the bag from firing.
Should be able to read and reset with vag-com or similar readers.
Supposedly the clock spring sensing can be recalibrated. My 91 V8, 91 Avant
stay on all the time. The 90 V8 takes a long time to go out like your car.
