Funny, all my V8's except the 93 qualify.  How scientific.

I second Ben on this one.

This topic was also discussed on where some interesting points
were brought up.

As expected, problems have already risen with the C4C program.

It appears the system which dealers are using to enter applications is
unable to handle the traffic and consequently many applications are put on
the back burner while a deal is sealed with a customer.

According to an article (listed below) in a few cases the applications have
been turned down and customers were called to either come up with the C4C
cash portion or return their new vehicle. Furthermore, many of those
customers' vehicles have already been destroyed!!!

What a nightmare.

I hear the application is like 20 pages long and in few instances have or
can be turned down by simply leaving a question blank.
