<BR>disassemble, clean out the wiper gearbox with carb or brake cleaner, and
<BR>relube with synthetic grease. The biggest problem with the rear wipers is
<BR>that as the audi lube gets old, it turns to a very thick glue like substance.
<BR> This applies to all rear wiper motors on all audi models. Don't forget to
<BR>reinstall/replace the gearbox oring (where the wiper arm mounts on the shaft).
