[ba] 1993 Audi S4 for under $5,000. what's wrong with it?

I absolutely loved my 200q, but I drove it every day when I had it, and 
hardly treated it like a collectible.  That's probably true of all these 
cars, so < $5K for a '93 S4 doesn't seem unreasonably low to me.
