Just got off the phone with a survey company that was hired by Audi of
America on behalf of my local Audi Dealer (University Audi here in Seattle).

She asked me 10 questions, some where on a scale of 1-5. I specifically
asked her if my name would be attached to the answers. She said yes, but
some dealers don't ask for the names, it depends. As much as I like the
dealer and I was happy with the work, I had to be careful with my answers.

I had been calling since 8/2 to get an appointment for the 15th. After
leaving messages for 8 days I finally had to go to the dealer in person to
make the appointment. I dropped the car off and didn't hear anything. I
called at 4pm and service hesitated and told me that they haven't touched it
yet!! After giving them my thoughts on this I asked for a loaner car which
they gave me one until my car would be done. By 6pm the next day it was all
done and ready to go.

Satisfied but a lot of foot work for a 40K service.
