That I fully accept and can deal with. If it were the norm, I wouldn't be
due as much attention and remedy from the company. Customer Care is largely
responsible for the angst I've been through the past two months. I love my
S4 and I want it back in running shape. The shop thinks they found the final
problems, had three techs working on it over a period of about 3 weeks with
the audi tech line. They won't close it until I can get home and make sure
its gone. The mechanics have said "fixed" 7 times now.
Thanks for the reminder that it is a good product and a good company. I know
there are exceptions - this time it's my turn. I just hope that Customer
Care can handle things in a better way in the future. My response times have
been 900 to 1200% greater than communicated from the company.
