I'm getting sick and tired of dealing with my dealer (Western Mass.).
While they are polite, they didn't provide the level of service I expect
of a car in this price range. Simply unacceptable.
I've gotten to the point that when I need service done, I've just decided
to go somewhere else. My problem is that I live in Western Mass., and I
have only one dealer near me. My other options are Worcester (1hr),
Boston (1.5 hrs), or Hartford (1 hr). Since I go to Boston often to visit
my folks, I also squeeze in my car service. I think that maybe since
there's more competition in Boston, the service is better.
One last thing: After my car was out of it's 50K warranty, I purchased an
extended warranty by AutoWarrantyBroker.com, and it's been a God-send.
Never *any* hassle. A big selling point was that the warranty is
transferable to whomever I sell the car to.
I do wish there was a good way to let Audi know of "our" level of
frustration with their service.
