I had SpecWheels in Commerce City, (303-853-9978) re-finish a set of my
stock 16" S4 wheels two years ago. They came out looking very nice, and the
finish has held up extremely well. One wheel had a 1" crack on the inside
of the rim, and was repaired despite some reservation on my part, and has
also held up with no problems.

I did price Woody's, and Spec. was quite a bit lower at the time if that is
an issue. I was going to have these wheels re-done for my winter set, but
they came out looking good enough that they became my summer wheels, and the
un-refinished set is now my winter set.

Subject: [s-cars] Wheel repair in Denver - Xpost

I recall reading a post about a wheel repair place in Denver that was being
purported to be *very* good.
IIRC, it was not exclusively a repair place, rather this (small) shop
fabricates wheels and is known nationally?

I have a Mille Miglia 16" wheel with a flat spot on the inside edge causing
a severe vibration. I bought these used and really don't know the exact
model ... I believe they are called Spider. These do not seem to be
available anymore (Spider II is the new model?). I have not gone the eBay
route yet as I would rather fix this one ($$$ dependent, of course).

Does anyone know of this (or any) shop? TIA
