[Biturbos4] [s-cars] FA question

I'm not offended at all.

Just figured you should aim a B5 question at a B5 list for best chance of an
answer.

I asked about USA because I thought maybe there was in fact a 1999 S4 Avant
released by Audi somewhere else in the world, since it's not available in
the USA to my knowledge as a 1999.
