[Es2] Audi 4kQ to 3B conversion help!

I finally got an 86 Audi 4kQ thats clean and rust free and I am going to do
a swap to a 3B motor from a 91 200. I really could use help as where to
start and what all do I need,, Is the 3B engine, wiring harness and ECU is
all I need for do I need additional parts. Also do I need to replace any
tranny parts or does it bold right on the 3B engine. Any info and wiring
diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
