Hi Chip,

To make any 01E gearbox work (5 or 6spd) you need the RS2 or 6spd S2 
mounting brackets with a 28 mm spacer for the driver's side, RS2 shift 
linkage, shortened center drive shaft (or a shaft from a 4kq), RS2 or 6spd 
S2 half shafts (although there is a way to change the flanges - email Taso 
Selimos at selimos at telus.net for details). The line to the slave cylinder 
needs to be modified to clear the shift linkage and the wiring to the 
reverse light switch also needs to be modified as I believe the Cq is 3 wire 
and the 01E has a 2 wire switch. The stock Cq clutch and flywheel should 
work without modification. I think that's it. Good luck!
