[Es2] what coilover springs?

guys,

ready to do the coilovers on my ES//2 conversion. Struts are modified with
adjustable perchs, and I am thinking of Koni sports. Any BTDT on spring
rates and lengths used. Car will be for performance street use only, but
lowered some. I'm guessing 7" free length with rates betweem 200# and 300#
(I am using 500# and 300# on my dedicated track coupe). I will use stock
sway bars front and rear for now. What do you think? Thanks.
