[Es2] rs2 fan cowl/shroud part number

Chris:

Make sure that you either use the fan harness wiring from the 200, or 
set up an 80amp relay with stock CQ fan harness....
Couple of folks on Motorgeek reported that the CQ wiring can't handle 
the current draw of the 200 fan motor....
