[Es2] who's chip to buy?

Hi Rick,

I have had MRC's chip (280 hp range) and now run the IA stage 3+ (370-380 
hp, full RS2 set up) and both are impressive. MRC is a bit more difficult to 
deal with because he's in Europe, but both are good options.
