[Es2] S2 6-speed shift linkage

Ben,

I just sent my lower shaft (with the cup), shift linkage (with the ball),
and shift plate to JHM (they make the 034 shifter) so he could try and build
a prototype replacement.

There is no rebuild kit for the ball and socket, like there is for the B5 S4
01E.
