[Es2] Pilot bearing

If it is anything like the two turbo conversions I have done, the double 
sealed pilot bearing is installed in the flywheel between retaining rings. 
It should be easy to measure the bore to see the OD of the bearing and 
measure the input shaft to get the ID and call any local bearing supplier 
(Applied Industrial Technology, etc). I just did that for my coupe with 7A 
flywheel, MC motor, and standard coupe 5-speed tranny, and the price was $20 
even.
