[Es2] S2 shift linkage - pro con 10 interference

I removed the driver's side cable bracket since it was an obvious  
interference. I have wanted to reconnect the cables, but haven't  
taken the time to look into options. I suspect the whole Pro Con 10  
system is disrupted with the transmission swap, since the cables  
originally wrapped around the transmission.

Thanks for the reminder on the slave cylinder plumbing, I haven't  
gotten mine connected up, yet, because of the need to reconfigure it  
all. Maybe a long, SS flex line would be easiest?
