[Es2] MAF - turbo hose for tight clearance RS2 turbo in Coupe Quattro.

Yes - it appears to be similar to the AAN hose, but I would not know until I got one in
my hands.  All these alternatives get rather pricy to source trial and error wise.  I'm
probably out over $300 on this hose alone so far trying to find a solution finding
things that don't fit well.
