Hi everyone. A few years ago I purchased a wilwood setup for my coupe quattro. However the calipers and the rotors were not ideal for the wheels I had for the car. I have two sets of wilwood calipers now. The calipers currently mounted on my coupe are Part # 120-5094. If there is enough interest I'll consider having duplicates mades of the caliper carriers. This setup that I have now on the car uses the stock coupe quattro rotors, vs the audi 5000 rotors that they redrill to 4/108. The calipers also have a larger piston diameter. The 5094 calipers have 1.75" pistons and the calipers from Rpi have 1.38" pistons. The hat height and placement of the calipers is different from the audi 5000 rotors and the stock rotors. I'm using a nut and a washer to move the RPI caliper carrier backwards to mount the 5094 caliper on the stock rotors. Basically if your interested you can build your own wilwood setup using the stock coupe quattro rotors with possibly the caliper carriers that I
could have made here locally at the machine shops. I could have them machined in alluminum, but getting them powder coated or anodized would probably be up to you. I could look into it, but I'm not even sure how much yet the caliper carriers are going to cost to be machined. If interested in something like this setup, email me and I'll consider getting duplicates made of the carriers, with the proper offset without the needed for spacers.
