Well, my 1989 200 TQ seems to have given up the ghost. Moving in the very near future and she was going to go with me, but now I don't have the time to fix, so it's either off to a new home or donation/wrecker-time. 1989 Black / Black leather 10 valve sedan. Ok outside, nicer inside (headliner's shot, but aren't they all? Otherwise, leather looks good, etc.). Bad: Was running *great* but suddenly now has a low/rough idle, giant cloud of black smoke at acceleration... driveable, but only barely, so bring a trailer/truck - this is a parts/non-op/you-fix sale. Might be something easy (big vacuum leak?) or bad (turbo?) but I have no time to fix unfortunately and she's worth moving at this point. Probably something easy? Good: Lots of great parts - SPIC, 2.0 bar chip+spring, 3" exhaust, decent stereo, lots new - alternator with upgraded regulator, front brakes, etc. 200-ish-kmiles, but have receipts for a drivetrain within the last 100k from the previous owner. Everything
works... except the engine. Lots of documentation. I'm including (since she's not going now!) a bunch of spares from my last 200TQ; basically, a spare of well, everything in these cars shy of sheet metal. Great for someone who's into these cars and has a garage with space / etc. Basically, take my Audi Hobby - would rather it go to an enthusiast than get crushed. Anyone? Pro'ly worth $1000-2000 in parts and such, but make me an offer (heck, "I'll bring a truck and trailer and a six pack for you" might get it all... unfortunately for me!). Email if you need pics or more info, but it's hectic right now, so, please, no tire kickers... willing to make a good deal. If there's no interest in the next few days, I'll pro'ly take the tasty parts off and she'll be donated, but I'd rather roll 'er on to a trailer for a new eager owner. Thanks for looking!
