5KTQ Injector cooling blower

The ongoing vapor lock condition seems to be caused by the lack of juice to
the injector cooling blower.
I have yet to locate any mention of the blower, electrical circuit,
troubleshooting, etc. in the Bently. (under cooling, fuel system, Fuel
injection, CIS/Turbo, etc, etc..)
Is it tied to the radiator fan after-run circuit, thermal time switch, or
what the heck?
Note: I don't have power at the radiator after-run circuit (at the fan), or
the thermal time switch either.
Which relay controls this (and where is it?)
Any BTDTs would be appreciated.
