Exactly. My struggle is that Bob is an A+ nice guy. But I have a feeling
that b/c he's a one-man show struggling to run a biz, spending hours
diagnosing a ratty ol' car w/many an electrical gremlin is simply too much
to handle. Or out of his skill set--a little of both maybe?
All other service he's done has been exceptional. Another L.A.
recommendation: Stokes Tires in Santa Monica.
I'm gonna call Ron Wood today and see if they can/will tackle my car. Why
must he be way down in O.C.?! BTW, DON'T TELL MY FIANCE!! "Why don't you
just buy a good, used H*nda?" WHAT?! Bumper sticker in Bob Hoffman's office:
