use the f5dpor's? Or +4's?

200q 10v. I run 1.5 bar as my baseline. Was considering the f5dpor's
(the ones that the side electrode fires to the side of the center) as
a replacement that'll last the remainder of the engine's life. Any
performance differences between these and the tri-supers? Also, don't
they have a smaller hex size?
Next question- What's the general concensus on the Platinum +4's? Do
they work, or do they suck like the original single elctrode
platinums (in our cars)?
