time to de-list bad vendors?

More kudos for Rod @ TPC. Never a problem, and always a transaction that
typifies what *great* customer service is all about. I still can't believe
the ignition switch for our new-to-us '95 A6 q Avant I received on Friday
was only 10 bux, but it was, and was the latest revision too.  Never a wrong
item shipped, always great prices.

Rod does keep your information on file, to be more efficient as best I can
tell. I suppose if you request he doesn't he won't. I also tend to do all my
price and availability inquiries via e-mail--he is always very quick to
reply. I do normally phone in real orders though--nice to say hi and get a
confirmation over the phone, and clear up any potential part number issues.
