Anyone else having problems with Performance Motorcars?

Any one out there also having recent problems with these folks?

Without boring this list with all the details, I''ve been trying to get a 
refund from Performance since 9/03.  That's right -- 3-1/2 months.  Performance 
shipped an Ansa center muffler instead of the Bosal I ordered, and offered to 
refund the difference if I would keep the Ansa.

Nanette hasn't returned any of my 6 or 7 cordially worded emails and the 
customer service phone # on the packing slip always goes to the answering machine. 
 I called phone numbers from their website and from directory assistance -- 
twice Nanette has preteneded to put me on hold and hung up.

The excuse I got in 09/03 was their refund processor was on maternity leave.  
Personally, I think this is a business with a recent cash flow problem.  My 
orders from 2002 and early 2003 were filled with no problems.

I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'll even post my 
problem to that other major Audi newsgroup to get others' responses.
