 On the 200 the power goes into and out of the door (ground) so in addition to the windows, the sunroof won't work either:? http://www.quattro123.com/WindowsAndSunroofFIX.htm

As for the 4000Q, all the switches for the windows are in the shift console, so I suspect the wiring problem is more likely the switches, unless there is some master power control module under the radio center console.

Maybe.  IIRC, on the 200s there was a common ground wire 
going into the door (the 200 had switches in the door to control 
all windows). If that broke, none of the switches would have
ground, and none of them would work.
