3B fuel injector question/ ECU problem

You've verified the ECU gets signals from the ignition reference and engine
speed sensors, right?  But do you know whether the signals meet spec?  Have
you done the Bentley testing of the sensors?

Perhaps, but according to the ECU pinout, it has everything it needs in
terms of ground.
I did flash the codes on it yesterday and it comes up all 4's, no problem.
Yet still no injectors.
