'87 5KTQ: source for drive shaft center support and bearing?

Looking for a source for the drive shaft center support, '87 5KTQ.  
Might as well change the bearing while I'm in there.  Worldpac doesn't 
list either, but I know I've seen them discussed sometime in the past 
right here on our favorite support group!
