Parts supplier list now in the wiki- additions needed

Looking for a way to test the waters on the wiki?  I've added a page
with sections for new and used parts vendors.  Fill in as much as you
know; if you don't know a particular field, use "unknown" or "?".

You need to login to edit the page; to log in, you need to create an
account and confirm the email you get from the wiki software (similar
to the mailing list signups.) This shouldn't take more than 2-3
minutes total.  Please use a real name when you create your user; you
get credit for your edits in the history of the document! :)

I've created an example entry and a more complete entry for Force5, so
you can essentially copy and paste.
