Hawk HPS and HP+ are on the dusty side. For what you're looking for, I think
they will not make you happy. Don't know a thing about their ceramics.

FWIW, I did find EBC Yellows dusted less, but were no where near as
responsive as either the Hawk HPS or HP+.  On the plus side for the EBC
Yellow, they are capable of very high temp braking (more so than the HP+) so
they are essentially fade free. You may have luck with their less aggressive
EBC Red, which may heat up faster and may still be less dusty. The EBC Green
is probably not up to the weight of your A6, however, so I wouldn't go for
