The improved final drive ratio does make a noticable difference. Nothing 

like the difference increasing the boost makes though. Just one more 

bit of torque at the wheels. You can also source 4.11:1 units from other 

cars like non-turbocharged 5000 quattros. 

Going with the 200 20V flywheel, clutch and pressure plate can also 

save you some poundage in the flywheel department. There are some 

details to watch out for -- it's been too long ago for me to remember 

everything -- such as making sure to use the correct pilot bearing 

for your combination. I would advise having parts diagrams for both 

the target and donor cars in hand before beginning. Yet another bit of
