In a small way I regret mentioning doing something for Scott as I simply
haven't the time to organize such a thing. Is there somebody out there with
a PayPal account we can send to that can handle the logistics?

Also I was thinking of using the power of our large number of listers rather
than the power of the wallets of few. Figuring that we have a few thousand
listers here if we were collecting say $1 donations from just a small
percentage of the total number of listers we can still end up with a
substantial total.

Also, is there anybody here that knows Scott personally and can suggest
things he likes? If not I may call and try to get one of his employees on
the phone to see if they can help with that. Maybe a universal thing like a
Visa gift card or a restaurant gift card.

Also if we are doing this is would be good to split it in half or so
depending on how much we get and send something to our listmeister Dan.

So can we get 100 members to send $2 ($1 for each Scott and Dan)? Some that
are able may be able send more would be great, but I know that many of us,
myself included, just aren't able... we are owners of old Audi's after all!

Brown VWTex) 11,820 this min, but I plan to put 1500 miles on it next
weekend. I'm getting 22-23 in town and 34+ on Hwy trips.
