[s-cars] Intermittant missing.

I had a similar problem and isolated it to the #2 cylinder by removing 
the injector connectors one at a time.  I changed the plug and thought 
that was the problem, but it later came back again.  I looked at the 
boot and saw no cracks but changed it anyway.  I also removed the coil 
for that cylinder and cleaned all of the grounded areas on the frame of 
the coil.  I also cleaned the ground wire near the back of the coil 
cover.  This now seems to have fixed the problem.  The aluminum and 
steel in contact may be  causing a galvanic corrosion that affects the
