IMHO, that is one of the biggest benefits of mega-caster is the
dynamic camber that happens when you are turning.

If you can get more caster in the car, then you can run less static
camber, and still get good cornering performance.

Everyone I have talked to about setting up a car for running at the
track suggests getting the maximum camber dialed in that you can.

The other benefit being better straight-line stability (more
self-correction in the steering).

Stretching to the back of my fuzzy memory banks, the disadvantage to
lots of camber is that you have increased sensitivity to side-forces -
such as heavy cross-winds.
